✦ The regional advantage

Local knowledge as a
risk-mitigation strategy.

Fixing supply-chain friction. Optimising deployment costs. Having someone who already knows how the region really works, on the ground, on your side.

✦ Why local matters

Managing the region remotely is expensive.

Executing physical projects or establishing a corporate footprint in the Middle East means navigating complex bureaucracy, variable licensing timelines and localised municipality codes. Handled remotely, that routinely introduces budget overruns, safety-compliance failures and delays.

Operating permanently within the region, I bring the local intelligence needed to secure regulatory approvals and navigate Civil Defence frameworks efficiently. By auditing supplier matrices and stabilising procurement pipelines, clients receive true local market rates, not premium international pricing. Whether it’s a single commercial trade stand or a cross-border corporate entity, a seasoned regional asset means operational stability.

✦ Global perspective, applied locally

Consultant to the world’s largest exhibition centre.

For two years I consulted on Shenzhen World in China, the largest convention and exhibition centre in the world. Operational thinking at that scale now informs every project, sized appropriately, right down to a single stand.
